Scots-Irish traditional & Celtic eclectic music. |
Celebrate a Celtic Christmas For much of the year, you can find Fire in the Glen rocking the house with Irish and Scottish music. But when the holiday season approaches, do you find yourself wanting a little more Yule in your music? This band can deliver! Fire in the Glen has put together an entirely new show featuring traditional Christmas music with a Celtic twist. You'll enjoy familiar songs and carols that you can sing along with, as well as energetic Irish tunes that enliven many an Irish pub or Scottish hearth as the winter solstice and surrounding festivities draw near. Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Fire in the Glen has been performing professionally since 1999. Let us be a part of your holiday celebrations! "We had many great comments saying it was a perfect gathering ... good food and good entertainment!" "My church put Fire in the Glen on our calendar early in the year for A Celtic Christmas concert in December. The trio played to a packed house thrilling all ages with celtic twists on familiar carols, and of course, peppering the evening's music with classic Irish jigs and sing-alongs. Had there been more room there would have no doubt been dancing in the aisles! The mood of the audience ranged from energetic to truly worshipful. I had tears of joy in my eyes for the success and blessing of the event. I recommend booking Fire in the Glen sooner rather than later for the holidays. Their music is fun and their lyrics in this program are suitable for all ages and settings." For booking information,
